Error resolution and maintenance
Under certain circumstances, malfunctions may occur during operation that prevent or restrict charging. The Wallbox
eMH3 independently detects errors and indicates them in the form of cyclically repeating LED flash patterns.
Identifying errors
The following errors may occur:
Error F1
Description
Flash pattern
The green battery icon flashes four times per cy-
cle while the blue power symbol remains OFF.
The red warning symbol remains ON.
Cause
Suggested solution
The main contactor of the wallbox does not open.
Check the RCCB of the wallbox and bring its pivot lever into
the I position if necessary.
Switch the electricity supply for the wallbox off and then
back on again. This should automatically reset the error.
Should the error persist, take the wallbox out of operation
(see page 53) and contact a qualified specialist electrical
contractor to resolve the error.
Error F2
Description
Flash pattern
Per cycle, the green battery icon flashes three
times, followed by the blue power symbol flash-
ing once.
The red warning symbol remains ON.
Cause
Suggested solution
The firmware has detected a disallowed operat-
ing state during an initial or periodic self-test.
Switch the RCCB of the wallbox off and then back on again.
This should automatically reset the error.
Should the error persist, take the wallbox out of operation
(see page 53) and contact a qualified specialist electrical
contractor to resolve the error.
Error F3
Description
Flash pattern
Per cycle, the green battery icon and the blue
power symbol alternately flash twice each.
