Rating plates 15 years or 5,000 mech. CLOSE/
OPEN operations. Make a note of the serial number.

Operation counter 15 years or 5,000 mech. CLOSE/
OPEN operations. Make a note of the number of
operations.

Check cementing, bolts and nuts.
Spray equipment, clothes and
wrenches.
