and take actions accordingly prior to begin-
ning the repair procedure.

Remove any tool or other equipment fitted
to the robot.

Preparations before unloading the pressure of balancing device
Note

Jog the robot to calibration position.

Turn off all:
•
electric power supply
•
hydraulic pressure supply
•
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot
working area.

Unloading the pressure of the balancing devices
Use this procedure to unload both balancing devices.
Note
Action
DANGER
Make sure that all supplies for electrical
power, hydraulic pressure, and air pressure
are turned off.
