Example of Procedure

Action

Response

Set the start mode selector on the
Processor Module PM511 front in 3 (CLEAR)

Check that the program card is in position.
The system software will be reloaded at the
cold start.

Depress the ENTER button

The controller system configuration and the
application program are erased.
The processor module will indicate P2 after
about a minute.

Set the start mode selector in 1 (AUTO)
Do not press the ENTER button!

Connect the communication cable between
the engineering station and the Processor
Module PM511, port X10.

Switch on the power supply to the

Successful Advant Station 100 Series ES

engineering station

boot Windows start up.

If necessary start Application Builder in

Appropriate node found.

AdvaBuild window to select project and
node.

Start On-line Builder from within the

Booting engineering board

Application Builder or in AdvaBuild

Press <Ctrl>, <Break>

window.

Press <Ctrl>, <Break>
to activate the engineering tool.

12. In the node Setup window confirm or

select the correct Target System.

Identity presented.

check that your DUAP dump is available.

14. Type LOAP <dump name>, SRCE <CR>

The loading proceed. #
