In module AI523, the signals I0-, I2-, I4- and I6- are internally connected to an analog earth. The
potential difference of the analog earth to M is ±1 V (max.). The replacement device has no cur-
rent sources on pins 16 and 17. If necessary, these current sources can be connected to indi-
vidual measurement channels via the configuration (DIP switch).
