Concierge call
If a Guard unit is used in the system, the call to the "Guard unit" can be enabled in the outdoor
stations.
■
This function can only be used by the outdoor station and the gate station of a building. This
function cannot be used by additional outdoor stations that are assigned to a unit as private
outdoor station.
■
If this function is enabled, each incoming call from this outdoor station will be transferred to
the "Guard unit".
For enabling, perform the following points:

Start the operation of the outdoor station as normal, see chapter 6.2.5 “Outdoor station with
push-buttons“ on page 77.
– Then perform the following steps:

1. Enable the "Outdoor station setting / "Concierge call forward" function on the indoor station.
2. Set the physical address for a gate station. A gate station only has the physical address of
the device, see chapter 6.2.1 “Fundamentals of physical addressing ABB-Welcome IP“ on
page 63.
