2: Variable frequency motor ( without low speed compensation )
The cooling effect of variable frequency motor is not affected by the motor
speed, so low speed compensation is not necessary.
In order to apply effective overload protection to different kinds of motors,
the Max output current of the inverter should be adjusted.
The efficient is calculated by the formula below:
Generally, the Max load current is the motor rated current.

When the inverter is decelerating, the motor decreasing rate may be
lower than that of the inverter output frequency due to the inertia of load.
At this time, the motor will feed the energy back to the inverter, resulting
in voltage rise on the inverter DC bus, which will cause overvoltage trip.
Function of PL.03: during the deceleration, the inverter detects the bus
voltage and compares it with the stall over voltage point defined by PL.03.
If the bus voltage exceeds PL.03, the inverter will stop reducing its output
frequency. When the detected bus voltage is lower than the point, the
deceleration will continue. FLease refer to in Figure 7-26.
