Enter the name of the new group in the
Group Name
: field.

Select an entry from the
Telephone Type
pull-down list.

To enable call recording and monitoring as the default setting for all
telephones in this group, enable the
Call Record & Monitor
check box.

OK
.
The group now appears in the Telephone Group group list box.
Modifying a
Telephone Group
You may want to change the name of a telephone group to reflect a
change in your organization, or you may want to change whether the
group is configured for call recording and monitoring.
To change the name of a telephone group:

In the
NBX NetSet - Main Menu
window, click
Device Configuration
. The
Device Configuration dialog box appears (Figure 49).

Click the
Telephone Groups
tab. The Telephone Groups dialog box
appears (Figure 56).

Select the group whose name you want to change.

Click
Modify
. The Modify Telephone Group dialog box appears
(Figure 58).
