Syntax
dns server
ip-address
undo dns server

Parameter
ip-address
: IP address of a DNS server.
Description
Use the
dns server
command to configure a DNS server IP address.
Use the
undo dns server
to remove a configured DNS server IP address.
No DNS server IP address is configured by default.
You can configure up to 6 DNS servers.

display dns server
.
Example
# Configure a DNS server with the IP address 172.16.1.1.
