Chapter 6: Creating Automated Scripts

GET_MOT_Z

FUNCTION

GET_MOT_Z: VnumZ (units are .001 um)
Gets column position in nm and stores it in the variable VnumZ

USE

Allows the script to be able to read the column position. Mostly
useful for setting the Piezo stack to certain position for consistent
Z-depth measurement readings.

EXAMPLE SCRIPT
