Spectrum Scanning
This mode provides a wavelength scan and print function for absorbance, transmittan-
ce and energy of the measured sample.
Information display and function keys
On the instrument main menu (mode menu), press

key to select spectrum scanning
mode. The main menu of spectrum scanning mode is displayed on LCD, as shown in pic-
ture 18.
The first line on the menu indicates
that the current working mode is spec-
trum scanning. In the upper part of ope-
rating area displays the current working
wavelength (660.0nm) and the measu-
red value (0.000Abs), while in the lower
part is a coordinate diagram.
On the right, the function of each
function key is displayed.

On this page, wavelength setting, baseline correction and spectrum scanning can be

Information display and function keys
On the instrument main menu, press

key to select the quantitative measu-
rement mode. The main menu of quan-
titative measurement will be displayed
as shown in picture 27.
The first line on the menu is the mode
line, which shows that the current opera-
tion mode is quantitative measurement.
The upper part of the operating area
shows the current measuring wave-
length (500.0nm) and the measured
value (0.000Abs). The lower part is a
chart in which measured data is displayed.
The right part of the page is the function key indicating area, which shows function keys
(F1) ~(F4)

On this page the measuring wavelength setting, autozero-ing and sample measurement
can be carried out by pressing

selections: K-factor method and calibration curve method. The two methods can be selec-
ted by pressing
