Alarm Name
Provides the name of the alarm
Mitigation/Resolution
Instructions
Additional information about the fault or failure and prioritized
instructions that describe how to resolve the alarm state.
If Not Resolved Instructions
Provides instruction on what to do if the alarm is not resolved. The
instruction is always shown in the following format:
**Message...**.
Alarm Icons
For each active alarm, an alarm bell appears. When multiple alarms
are active, the number of bells corresponds to the number of
alarms. The solid alarm bell indicates the displayed alarm and its
priority. To view each active alarm, turn the Dial to scroll through all
active alarms. The plot icon is also in the list which allows the user
to see the vacuum level plot to better assess the nature of the
failure. A maximum of five alarms can be displayed when the
vacuum plot icon is omitted (done automatically).
Alarm Priority Icon
Identifies the severity of the alarm: Low, Medium, or High priority.
See the Symbols table in Chapter 1 for the appearance of the
warning triangle for each of these three alarms.
