剪线后面线长度的调节 (图 26 )

剪线时，线张力松 ，仅用上夹线器①施加张 弛
力。如果增加上夹线器①的张力，剪线后残留
在针孔处面线长度将会减少，反之减小张力，
长度将会增加。
1.
转动夹线器①上的调节螺母②进行调节
：
朝
顺时针方向(即A方向)转动时，剪线后残留在针
孔处面线长度将会减少,反之朝逆时针方向(即B
方向)转动时，长度将会增加（剪线后残留在针
孔处面线标准长度：25-30mm）。

1.旋松螺钉①。
2.移动右线钩②进行调节
：
朝左方向(即A方向)

移动，供线量将会增加；反之朝右方向(即B方
向)移动，供线量将会减少。(右线钩上的刻线C
与螺钉中心一致时为标准位置)。
3.调节完成后拧紧螺钉①。
