Pre-heater becomes too hot

Remove filters,

front and metal cover

Does Pre-heater valve work okay?

(check with P81)

Yes

Check the following:
- fan settings (too low?)
- supply diffusers (not open enough?)
- supply ducting (blockages?)

See A5 / A6 malfunctions from

‘Activate self-test’

Malfunction

Pre-heater does not heat (sufficiently)

Disconnect the power

Remove filters,

front and metal cover

Unplug Pre-heater from the PCB

Is resistance of

Pre-heater

plug > 300 ohms?

Yes

Remove exchanger

and Pre-heater

Is resistance of

Pre-heater

cable infinite?

Yes

Fuse defective

Replace cable

Is resistance

of T1 okay?

Yes

Replace T1

temperature sensor

Replace PCB

Check resistance of cable

and check connections

to Pre-heater

ATTENTION!
