6.5.1 Draining Condensate from C10FR
Flushing Connection Ring
1. Gradually open the drain screw to drain from
the flushing connection ring.
2. When the flushing connection ring is completely
drained, close the drain screw. Tighten the drain
screw to a torque of 10 N·m {1 kgf·m}.
WARNING
If the process fluid is toxic or harmful, take
appropriate care to avoid contact with the body.

When you loosen the drain screw,
the accumulated liquid (or gas)
will be expelled in the direction
of the arrow.

1. Gradually open the vent screw to vent gas from
the flushing connection ring.
2. When the flushing connection ring is completely
vented, close the vent screw. Tighten the vent
screw to a torque of 10 N·m {1 kgf·m}.
