7.3 Trouble Shooting during Analyzing
Problem Probable Cause / Corrective Action
“Pre Analysis” function does not run
after the measurement. “Pre Analysis” function does not run
in
“CQ”mode.

Change the oprerating mode from
“CQ” mode to “HDD” mode, and
then run
“Pre Analysis”.
Nothing is shown in Thumbnail Chart
window.

Cells can not be recognized. It might be that the threshold of
