Set moving speed of XY stage. [Edit] button is to select XY stage 

speed.

are easy to ablate from sample vessel, slow setting is 

recommended.

(3) Laser-Power Calibration 

Click 

“Calibrate” button to show “Laser-Power Calibration” dialog, and 

click 

“Yes” to proceed calibration, but no calibration by clicking “No”. 

 

Laser power calibration is performed to maintain excitation laser power 

irradiated to samples against 

“Excitation Power” set in “Imaging” 

window (refer to 

5.4.3 Imaging Window

). It takes a few minutes per 1 

laser line to calibrate. 

In case that error occurs in laser power calibration, optical adjustment 

is needed. Please contact the dealer.
