Explanation
Switching to the addressable mode
Select “Adr” in the mode selection menu.
Switch to the addressable mode if you wish to use the controller to set the information
that you would normally use the panel keys to set or when outputting setup information
or measured data to the controller.
Setting the address
Set the instrument’s address for the addressable mode in the following range:
0 to 30
Each device that is connected via GP-IB has its own unique address. This address is
used for identification. Therefore, make sure to assign a unique address to the
instrument when connecting to a PC.
Add or not add the header
Select whether or not to add a header (measurement information) to the measured data
that are transmitted.
The header includes the comparator result, error information, and the unit of the
measured data (%,
