Duration of Analysis
The Instrument is able to calculate the time needed to complete the analysis cycle in a run. The total
processing time is displayed in a status bar in minutes and it is calculated as follows:
Sample incubation time + Conjugate Incubation time + TMB incubation time
+ STOP SOLUTION incubation time + 0.5 minutes for each sample
Incubation Time
The instrument allows tests with different incubation time to be ran in the same test cycle, but it will be
grouped to run in different cycles within the run. It will be processed one after the other.
All samples will be pre-diluted at the beginning of the first cycle within the run even though different test
with different incubation time will be performed at different intervals. This is to avoid serum concentration
from prolonged stay at 37
°
C.
3.12
Stopping the Cycle
The RUN session can be interrupted at any time using the STOP key. A message will appear to ask to confirm
your request to stop the analysis cycle.
Note
Important
When a run is stopped, the results of the samples already tested are stored and the samples remained
to be processed will be aborted.
The user is fully responsible for potential error incurred in this case.
