Basic Call Features

Enter the group call pickup code in the Group Call Pickup Code field.

Click Confirm to accept the change.

To configure the group call pickup code on per-line basis via web user interface:

Click on Account.

Select the desired account from the pull-down list of Account.

Click on Advanced>>.

Enter the group call pickup code in the Group Call Pickup Code field.

Click Confirm to accept the change.

To pick up a call in the group:

Pick up the handset.
