Note: It is only applicable to SIP VP-T49G IP phones.

Phone User Interface:

Menu->Basic->Video Setting->Downlink Bandwidth

To configure bandwidth via web user interface:

Click on Settings->Video.

Select the desired value from the pull-down list of Uplink Bandwidth.
