6.Therm o sw itch

• Rem ove the therm o sw itch from the

radiator.

• Connect the pocket tester (

Ω

1) to the

therm o sw itch

as show n.

• Im m erse the therm o sw itch in a con-

tainer filled w ith coolant

• Place a therm om eter

in the coolant.

• Slow ly heat the coolant, then let it cool

to the specified tem perature as indicated
in the table.

• Check the therm o sw itch for continuity

at the tem peratures indicated in the
table.

NOTE:

M ake sure that the therm o sw itch term i-
nals do not get w et.
