Open the machine front door to set the glass QFP on the plate part in front of the
mask holder with the printed side down.
Adjust the head unit position to align the 0.5mm mark located at the corner of the glass QFP with the
center of the angle of view.
Note
The setting procedure is the same as the procedure of the mask camera lighting.
Check the image taken by the mask camera on the [Move Axis] screen.
Adjust the head unit position manually or by moving axis and make sure that the corner mark of the glass
QFP is projected at the center of angle of view.
Release the Emergency Stop button.
Press the [Execute] button.
Place on the front plate part.
Use masking tape to
fix the tool in place.
Set the side with seal up,
printed side down.
Set to align the corner mark of the glass
QFP with the center of mask camera.
