Install the tilt cylinder end screw

tilt piston

to the tilt ram

Install new O-rings

and

to the tilt

piston

Hold the tilt ram end.

Install the balls

, absorber valve pins

, and springs

Install the washer

and nut

to the tilt

ram

, and then tighten the nut

to the

specified torque.

Assembling the trim ram

Install the backup ring

and a new O-

ring

to the trim ram

Tilt piston nut

96 N·m (9.6 kgf·m, 70.8 ft·lb)
