Oil pan and exhaust manifold

Install a new gasket

, the exhaust

manifold

, rubber seal

, and then

tighten the exhaust manifold bolts

temporarily.

Tighten the exhaust manifold bolts

first, and then tighten the oil pan bolts

to the specified torques.

Install the rubber seal

and cooling

water pipe

Install the dowels

, new gaskets

and the plate

, and then install the muf-

fler assembly

Tighten the muffler assembly bolts

the specified torque.

Exhaust manifold bolt

20 N·m (2.0 kgf·m, 14.8 ft·lb)

Oil pan bolt

20 N·m (2.0 kgf·m, 14.8 ft·lb)

Muffler assembly bolt

20 N·m (2.0 kgf·m, 14.8 ft·lb)
