Removing the clamp bracket

Remove the PTT unit. See “Removing
the PTT unit” (9-33).

Remove the plastic tie

Remove the anode

Remove the trim sensor cam

Disconnect the ground lead

and

Remove the bolt

and self-locking nut

Remove the through tube

, and then

disassemble the clamp brackets

and

Remove the trim sensor

Remove the spring

, hook

, and pins

10. Remove the tilt stop levers

distance collar assembly

, collar

and bushings

Installing the clamp bracket

Assemble the distance collar assembly.
