Installing the transceiver

Installing the main body

Install the main body using the supplied MMB-36 bracket.

Select the installation location.

Caution

Select a location where the transceiver can be securely attached.

Tip

See “Installation location when used in a mobile unit” on page 22.

Drill four 6 mm diameter holes in the location where the bracket is to be mounted,

matching the positions of the bolting holes of the bracket.

Attach the bracket.

Attach the bracket using the supplied bolts, nuts
and washers.

Attach the main body to the bracket.

Fasten the main body to the bracket, using the
supplied flange bolts, as shown in the illustration.

Tip

The mounting angle can be changed depending on

the securing position of the flange bolts.
