Accident handling
Unable to start
The following reasons may be
considered if the vehicle cannot start
under correct procedure:
◆
No energy of power battery;
◆
Fault of driver motor;
◆
Loose connection of the positive and
negative poles or no energy of storage
battery
Perform the following steps in case of
no power output from the power battery
during driving:
−
Slow down, keep driving in a straight
line, and steer carefully off the road to a
safe location.

Turn on the hazard warning lamp.
−
Try to re-start the vehicle.
Vehicle trapped
Perform the following steps in the
vehicle is stuck in sand, mud or snow:
−
Cut off the drive motor power supply,
step on the parking brake pedal.
−
Clear the mud, snow or sand around
the tires.
−
Use wood, stone or other materials to
increase the friction of the tires.
−
Re-start the vehicle, carefully speed
up, and get the vehicle out of the trap.

If get the vehicle out of the trap
through pushing forward or backward,
please ensure the wide surrounding
area, to avoid hitting other vehicle,
object or people. When the vehicle is
about to be out, it may speed up
forward or backward suddenly. Please
pay attention to the surrounding
environment.
Pay attention to the following cautions
when pushing the vehicle to prevent
damage to motor or other parts:

Do not switch the gear when
stepping on the accelerator.
◆
If failure after several pushes, call a
trailer for rescue.
