Consequences of not wearing a safety
belt
Even at a low speed, the forces acting
on the human body during a collision
are so great that the occupant cannot
control his or her body. An occupant
with no safety belt will be thrown
forward, potentially causing serious
injury due to bump on any object in the
vehicle.

Correct wearing of safety belt before
driving can reduce the injury caused by
traffic accidents.
◆
Ensure that the safety belt is worn
correctly according to the relevant
instructions in this manual.
Wear a three-point safety belt

Adjust the seat correctly. P62

Slowly pull the belt out of the
retractor, over the chest and crotch, put
the latch into the lock catch, and the
"click" sound indicates that the belt has
been locked.

Pull the belt to confirm whether it has
been locked.

After inserting the lock latch, ensure
that the belt is locked and not twisted.

Do not insert coins, paper clips or
other objects into the lock catch, which
may affect the correct match between
the lock latch and catch.

In case of any safety belt fault,
please contact the authorized service
station of XEV for maintenance.
