9.8.1 Check to ensure that the “eight (8) files” are on the diskette, CD or memory stick. Without these files
we will not be unable to download your bid. To check that the eight files have been created, go to
Windows Explorer and double click on 3.5" drive or CD Drive or memory stick. The eight (8) files are
as follows:
