Training Program Overview
The Phaser 7300 Customer Support Training is a self-paced module for the Xerox
Phaser 7300 Color Laser Printer. This module uses the following components to
train and qualify support specialists on the Phaser 7300 printer:

Color Theory for Color Printing CD-ROM: introduces basic color
theory concepts
■ Phaser 7300 Color Printer Customer Support Training CD-ROM:
provides a product overview and training for setup and care
■ Phaser 7300 Color Printer Customer Support Training Self-Study
Guide: contains lab sheets for tasks relating to product setup and care
■ Phaser 7300-Phaser 2135 Differences Training Guide: use this
checklist if you have already completed and tested on the Phaser 2135
Customer Support Training

Online Testing Center: tests your comprehension of each area of
training - overview, setup, and care
Using the Self-Study Guide
This Self-Study Guide is intended to be used in conjunction with the Phaser
7300 Customer Support Training CD-ROM and is designed to provide
hands-on experience with the Phaser 7300 Color Laser Printer. A PDF version of
this Self-Study Guide is also available through the Customer Support Training
CD-ROM
Resources link.
This section contains instructions for using the Self-Study Guide, completing the
training, required materials, running the training program, using the Customer
Support Testing Center, and obtaining help from Xerox.
Two Worksheets are included in this Self-Study Guide:
