In this exercise, you will print the Diagnostic pages, the Solid Fill pages, and the Repeating
Defects page.
1. Print the Diagnostic pages:

Review each set of prints so that you are familiar with the information provided:

Diagnostic pages — contain information about diagnosing print quality problems

Solid Fill pages — cyan, magenta, yellow, black, blue, and green solid fill pages
■
Repeating Defects page — contains calibrated gauges for testing print quality defects
Locate the Test Prints section of the Phaser 7300 Color Printer Service Manual . Use the manual
to determine print quality problems to look for on the following prints:
Read troubleshooting charts
Read the Troubleshooting Charts at the end of this worksheet for solutions to the most common
consumables, jams, and print quality problems.
