A paper jam has occurred in Areas A and B.
First use one of the following procedures to clear Area A:
• “Clearing Area A (No Duplex Module)” (page 6-30).
• “Clearing Area A (With Duplex Module)” (page 6-32).
Then use the procedure “Clearing Area B” (page 6-34) to clear Area B.

The printer cannot feed from the Envelope Feeder.
ACTION:
Open the Envelope Feeder and remove any jammed envelopes.

A paper jam has occurred in Tray 5 (2,500 Sheet Feeder).
ACTION:
Open Tray 5 and remove jammed paper. Refer to the section “Clearing
Paper Jams” (page 6-26) and the procedure “Clearing Tray 5”
(page 6-36).
