5.5.2 Automatic operation with sensor
In the automation mode the measurement is triggered via an external sensor. This function enables
e.g. the automated meausurement within a production line. As soon as a part is detected by the
sensor, a series of measurements can be triggered.
The achieved measurement values are saved on the CoatMaster. There are two possibilities to view
the measurement values:
1. You copy the measurement values to your computer by means oft he Desktop Client
software, where they can be treated further with another software (e.g. Excel) (see chapter
5.9.2).
2. You show the measurement values live on a WLAN-­‐capable display (e.g. a tablet or a
monitor).
For this purpose, the Desktop Client software is used in the automation mode (see chapter 6.2.5).
Under Configuration > Settings > Automation the parameters for an automatic measurement can be
defined.
Enter the desired values in the field behind the corresponding parameter.
