9 Troubleshooting

This section describes system troubleshooting information. Please contact The Will-Burt

Company if these guides do not solve the issue. Be sure to read and understand the entire

operation procedure and the Safety Summary (Section 1) beginning any maintenance or

troubleshooting procedure.

9.1 Troubleshooting Electrical

This section includes a list of warning and error codes and their potential causes. Warning codes

do not stop motion or use, but let you know of potential issues. Error codes point out problems

and usually inhibit operation to prevent potential damage. These codes are shown on the status

light on the Base Board. For example, an error of 3,07 would be shown on the status light as

three flashes, pause, seven flashes. Additionally, if the controller for your system has a display,
errors and warnings will typically be shown there.
