Method
1. Peel and chop the onions finely.
2. Pour the oil into a ½ litre dish. Mix in the onions.
3. Place the dish inside the oven Cavity.
4. Select Auto Cook Category “Curries – CU 01”.
5. Select number of servings by pressing “Serves 2 / 3 / 4”.

Press start.
7. Mix well, when the oven starts to beep. Press start.
8. Stir again when the oven starts to beep. Press start.
9. Remove from the oven when “END” is displayed.
10. Allow to stand for 10:00 minutes, before using.
11. Use as desired.
Note:

The onions may be used as a garnish over any dish or may be crushed and
used in a curry.

They may be stored, covered in the refrigerator for up to a week – a great pre
preparation for your parties.
