Method
1. Clean and wash the fish. Prick the pieces all over with a fork/ knife.
2. Grind the ginger, garlic to a fine paste.
3. Rub the pieces well with salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, ginger
garlic paste and lemon juice and keep aside for 30 minutes
4. Add a pinch of tandoori colour and vinegar, ajwain to the lightly beaten curd.
Mix and add the marinated fish pieces. Coat well with the marinade, cover
and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours.
5. Lightly grease the ‘Grilling Rack’.
6. Place the fish pieces on the “Grilling Rack
”

7. Place the ‘Grilling Rack’ inside the oven cavity.
8. Select Auto Cook Category “Snacks – Sn 18”.
9. Select number of servings by pressing “Serves 2 / 3 / 4”.
10. Press start.
11. When the microwave oven starts to beep, turn the pieces over, reposition,
brush with a little more oil return to the oven and press start.
12. Remove from the oven when “END” is displayed.
13. Sprinkle with a little chat masala powder, if desired.
14. Serve hot with mint and coriander chutney.
