Material Master
Shows the Material
Master data currently
set up in the system.
Stock level (by
Location)
Shows the stock level
per Location at the
selected time.
Stock Level (pcs) is calculated from:
No of Bins x Pcs per Bin
Pcs per Bin figure used is that defined at
the respective time of replenishment.
Later alterations to Location definitions are
disregarded.
Stock level (by
material)
Shows the stock level
per Part Number at the
selected time.
Stock Level (pcs) is calculated from:
No of Bins x Pcs per Bin
Pcs per Bin is used as it was defined at the
respective time of replenishment.
Later alterations to Location definitions are
disregarded.
Material consumption
(by Location)
Shows the quantity of
withdrawn bins per
Location during the
selected period.
A Location can be listed multiple times if
the assigned material has been altered or
if the Location has been deleted and
recreated.
Material Withdrawal (pcs) is calculated
from:
No of Bins x Pcs per Bin
Pcs per Bin is used as it was defined at the
respective time of posting.
Later alterations to Location definitions are
disregarded.
If the Pcs per bin has been reduced in the
Location definition, this is evaluated as a
withdrawal. Therefore, Locations can be
listed with 0 withdrawn bins, but
Withdrawal (pcs) > 0.
Material consumption
(by material)
Shows the quantity of
withdrawn bins per Part
Number during the
selected period.
A Location can be listed multiple times if
the assigned material has been altered or
if the Location has been deleted and
recreated.
