4.4.2 Output Reset Times
You can configure each output to reset to a safe state if they do not receive an update
message within a certain time (Output Reset Time). The safe state is 0mA for an
analogue output or ‘off’ for a digital output. Setting the output reset time to zero
disables this feature (so the WL-RX-900 will retain the current output value indefinitely
if no messages are received).
Note: as well as resetting the output, the front panel LED for the output flashes quickly
to indicate communication failure and the global communication fail status output is
activated.
To view the Reset Time values for a module, select ‘Output Reset Times’ below the
unit name in the tree view. The software will display the current settings for the
Analogue output and the three digital outputs in the right hand side pane (see below).
To change a time, select the output in the right pane and press the <Edit Reset Time>
button.
