40

Applying the parking brake

1. Place the machine on a slip-resistant surface that is as flat and even as possible.
2. Press down the foot lever.

Note:

Check the tight fit of the parking brake and the setting of the pressure screw
at regular intervals. The parking brake must securely block the wheel at least
on a 10° slope. Adjust the pressure screw if necessary

Releasing the parking brake

1. Push up the foot lever.
