Purpose 

Sets the Operation Status Enable Register.

Description 

The Operation Status Enable Register is included for SCPI compatibility and the 
VM1548C does not alter any of the bits in this register. 
 
The register layout is as follows: 
 
Bit 0 - Calibrating 
Bit 1 - Setting 
Bit 2 - Ranging 
Bit 3 - Sweeping 
Bit 4 - Measuring 
Bit 5 - Waiting for trigger 
Bit 6 - Waiting for arm 
Bit 7 - Correcting
