NOTE

Once the DMM is removed from the mainframe, the chassis can no longer be used.

Installation Procedure

Using the guides shown in , slide the DMM into the mainframe unit the until DMM is
supported by the card guides.

Slide the DMM into the mainframe using the card guides until the jack-out screws touch the
front panel of the mainframe.

Begin tightening both top and bottom jack-

out screws in equal amounts to push the DMM’s

mating connector into the backplane. Once both screws are completely installed, the DMM
will be secure in the mainframe.
