6.3 Cleaning the roller brush
Warning! Risk of electric shock!
• Always switch the device off and disconnect the mains plug on the base
station before all retrofitting, cleaning and maintenance work.
Note! Risk of damage from improper use!
• Never clean the roller brush using liquids. The roller brush is not dish-
washer safe or waterproof.
Clean the roller brush if hair or threads have become wrapped around it.
REMOVING THE ROLLER BRUSH
• Turn the robot vacuum cleaner upside down.
• Remove the side brush 1 (see Chapter “6.2 Cleaning the side brush” on page
45).
• Using both hands, push the latches

on each side of the brush cover forward
to unlock.
• Remove the brush cover

• First lift the left side of the roller brush out of the robot vacuum cleaner 4
and then pull the right side away from the axle 5 to remove the roller brush.
CLEANING THE ROLLER BRUSH
• Remove lint, hair and other dirt from the roller brush.
• Take care to ensure that the green bearing

and metal spherical bearing un-
derneath it on the left-hand side of the roller brush do not come loose.
