information, including charges. VITEC, in its sole discretion, may replace rather than repair your
VITEC product with a new or reconditioned one of the same or similar design. The repair or
replacement will be warranted for 90 days.
The limited warranties and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other
warranties, whether oral or written, expressed or implied. VITEC specifically disclaims any
and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose.
