Multi-board
Set Up Multi-board
1.
Create copy of ActiveProfile.xml for every board in the system.
2.
Run PlayerLWm

Click on [PLAYER CONFIGUTATION] button (page 15).

Choose [Open Configuration]
5.
Select a copy of ActiveProfile.xml
6.
Open Board Selection menu. Click on [SELECT BOARD] in Device Tab (page 20).
7.
Choose a board with [NOT USED] status.
8.
Close Board Selection Menu.
As the result the board will be linked to the profile.
Repeat steps 3-8 for every other board that needs to be run.
Manage Multi-board
After opening two or more boards, few ActiveProfile configurations appear in the Preview Window
(page 33).

To configure LW Settings or compile a playlist for the board choose a configuration from the
list (page 33 (3)). PlayerLWm marks desirable configuration text in bold.

Compile playlist for the board.

Set LW settings if it needs.

Select the other configuration and repeat previous two steps for every opened configuration.

Select a configuration from the list and press [PLAY]. Only one board starts decoding. To
make all the opened boards decoding they have to be grouped (see next chapter).
NOTE:
PlayerLWm can manage few configurations in its interface. All the function tabs, playlist
and LW Setting page manages the active configuration, which PlayerLWm highlights. Check which
configuration is “Active” every time when you need to START/STOP/CHOOSE OSD/TURN
ON/OFF VTR/UPDATE FW or HEVC LICENCE….
