Use a vacuum cleaner to remove
residues from the heating
surfaces

inside the combustion

chamber.

If required, spray slightly acidic,
chloride-free cleaning agents
based on phosphoric acid (e.g.
Antox 75 E) onto the heating
surfaces

and let them soak for

approx. 20 min.

Thoroughly flush the heating
surfaces

with water.

Install the burner and torque
screws diagonally with 12 Nm.

Fit the gas supply pipe with a new
gasket. Torque fittings with 10 Nm.

Check the gas connections for
tightness.

Danger

Escaping gas leads to a risk
of explosion.
Check all fittings for tight-
ness.

Connect the electrical cables/leads
to each corresponding component.
