XX004 Rev 500 Surveyor2000 Pressurized Housing Camera Dome

Installation

15. Lift the Housing Assembly out of the carton, flip it over and shake it to remove any debris. Place it back in

the carton.

16. Verfiy that the O-ring in the groove of the Housing Assembly’s seal surface is properly seated, free of

debris and glistening with vacuum grease. If not, seat the O-ring in the groove, remove any debris and rub
additional vacuum grease on it.

17. Place the Trim Ring/Lower Dome Assembly on the Housing Assembly’s seal surface and align the eight

(8) Housing holes with the eight (8) Trim Ring/Lower Dome holes. Install the eight (8) screws and tighten
only with a torque wrench set for 15 in. lb (170 N cm) of force. Use an alternating (star) pattern to tighten
all the screws.
