Operator’s Manual

Air in Line - Alarm Test:

1.

Lift the door latch to open the pump door. Insert an administration set in the
tubing guide of the pump (as described on page 17).

2.

Close the door. Press the door until a click is heard.

Rate 500 ml/h

3.

Set the infusion rate at 500ml/hr, using the
Numeric keyboard.

Press OK for Volume

Volume 20 ml

4.

Set Volume at 20 ml.

Press OK to start

5.

Press the

START/OK

key to start operation. Turn the drip chamber upside

down, to allow an air bubble greater than 5 mm to enter into the
administration set.

Air in Line

6.

AIR alarm will be activated as soon as the air
bubble enters the set segment located behind
the pump door.

Clean air

7.

Press the

STOP/NO

key to turn the alarm off.

STOP

2 min

8.

STOP appears on the display.

Press OK to start
