9 INTERNAL ERROR 701
A hardware failure of the valve control is probable (e.g. short circuit in the connection of the
piezoelectric element). This problem is possible during startup of the control unit and also
with system in operation.
Error Code Display: INTERNAL ERROR 701
Error Code Status Menu: DAC LOAD ERROR
Corrective Action:

The control unit must be switched OFF, at once. Inspect the
actuator cable connection. Worn, kinked or charred cables
must be exchanged.

The valve must be returned to the manufacturer. The MDC
has to be checked.
10 EEPROM Error Press Enter
A corrupted memory area becomes obvious when reading the EEPROM.
Error Code Display: EEPROM Error Press Enter
Error Code Status Menu: EEPROM NOT FORMATED
Corrective Action:

Press [enter] key. This way all of the current values are
erased and replaced by the factory settings.

The desired dispensing parameters have to be reentered.
11 EEPROM Error Press Enter
The problem can occur when writing data to the EEPROM.
Error Code Display: EEPROM Error Press Enter
Error Code Status Menu: EEPROM WRITE ERROR
Corrective Action:

Acknowledge the message by pressing [enter] .

If the problem arises when modifying program parameters,
the new values are not saved in the EEPROM.
After restart of the control unit, the former values therefore
still remain in force.
12 EEPROM Error Press Enter
The storing procedure for a set ‐ up, initiated by the [save] key, fails.
Error Code Display: EEPROM Error Press Enter
Error Code Status Menu: EEPROM SAVE ERROR 901
Corrective Action:

Acknowledge the message by pressing [enter] .

If the problem arises when modifying program parameters,
the new values are not saved in the EEPROM.
After restart of the control unit, the former values therefore
still remain in force.
13 EEPROM Error Press Enter
This problem may arise during the retrieval of a setup, by [recall] key.
Error Code Display: EEPROM Error Press Enter
Error Code Status Menu: EEPROM LOAD ERROR 902
Corrective Action:

The message has to be acknowledged by [enter] .

Repeat the procedure. If the problem persists, new data
have to be entered to the corresponding memory position.
