A second gasification can now be programmed.
If a gas concentration sensor is used, the gas concentration for the second
gasification can be programmed.
If no gas concentration sensor is used, the gas supply time is programmed
for the second gasification. This time is shown in minutes.
Should the second gasification be skipped, press the DOWN key until 'OFF'
appears in the display.
The length of the second gassing period is now set. The display shows time
in hours. During this time the
PROBA110 will indicate that gas is present
and the door of the ripening room can be locked.
A delay for the second gasification can now be set. The display shows this
time in hours. This time is the delay time calculated from the end of the fist
gasification.
The delay time can be changed with the
UP and DOWN keys and confirmed
with the SET key.
After programming the gasification, the ventilation or air refreshing of the
ripening room is set. For each ripening program two different ventilation
cycles can be programmed.
During gasification periods the ventilation is blocked. As soon as the
gasification period is ended, the ventilation starts immediately.
During programming of the ventilation the VENT LED will light.
First the length of ventilation for the first cycle is set. This is the time that
'fresh' air flows into the ripening room.
The ventilation time is shown in hours and minutes.
If continuous ventilation is required, the ventilation time should be increased
as much as possible. The display text in this case reads 'CONT'.
If no ventilation is required, the ventilation time should be decreased as
much as possible. The display text in this case reads 'OFF'.
Next, the ventilation interval of the first cycle is programmed. This interval
time determines how many hours are between each venting.
The interval time is shown in hours.
During a ripening program the ventilation can be switched to a second cycle.
This second ventilation cycle is programmed as follows:
A delay time is set, calculated from the beginning of the ripening program
(day 1, hour 00.00), after which it is switched over to the second ventilation
cycle.
This delay time is shown in hours.
If the second ventilation cycle is not to be used, the delay time is set to
minimum.
The display text reads 'OFF'.
The length of the ventilation for the second cycle is now set.
The ventilation time is shown in hours and minutes.
If continuous ventilation is required, the ventilation time should be increased
as much as possible. The display text reads 'CONT'.
